Never submit your credit card details over an insecure site. Furthermore, don't simply believe that because a site claims to be secure, that it is. Check your browser - a small, locked padlock somewhere near the address bar.
At Dee Why Florist we use fresh flowers and quality materials to ensure that you receive only the best. Flowers are perishable by nature, however, they should last between 4 to 7 days or more from delivery. If your flowers do not last at least 4 days, and have been cared for in a satisfactory manner, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement or refund.
Complaints must be received within 24 hours of delivery and the product must be returned to allow our staff to allow them to assess the problem. Please note that we are unable to provide a replacement order or refund if the flowers have been thrown out and/or are not able to be returned or collected.
A number of resolutions may be available to you and are subject to your particular situation. Note: All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back the original credit card on which the order was purchased. Refunds for in-store purchases may be processed through the original credit card for which the order was purchased or by EFTPOS only. A voucher to the same amount paid will be issued for all cash purchases.

Images found on this site are used as guides only and may not be exactly the same as the final product. Seasonal variations may mean that some flowers are unavailable at different times of the year. Every effort will be made to provide a similar flower/product of equal value.
Images used on our site are from photographs taken of actual orders from our shop. We have a reputation for delivering beautiful designer arrangements and the last thing we do before any arrangement leaves the shop is ask "would I like to receive this gift?". The arrangement does not leave the shop until the answer is "yes".
Due to seasonal flower availability we may not be able to source the flowers shown in the images all year round, however, every effort will be made to ensure the look of the arrangement is as close to the picture as possible. Only flowers of equal quality and value will be used to ensure that the final product is just as beautiful.
Please note whilst every effort is made to deliver your order on time we are unable to guarantee a time delivery.
All our deliveries are guaranteed for same day delivery by 5.30pm excluding peak periods such as Valentines Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas.
If you place in delivery instructions section a request to have your order delivered by a certain time we will do our best to meet your request.
We suggest calling the store if you require a specific time for delivery (extra charges may apply)
