Do you do bridal flowers?

We sure do!  We offer high quality designs at very reasonable prices. Please refer to our wedding packages for a general price guide and call us to arrange a wedding flower consultation.

What is the latest I can place an order?

Orders for the same day must be received before 1pm AEST Monday to Friday.

Can I specify a time for my arrangement to be delivered?

Orders are divided into AM and PM deliveries, but please contact us f for special arrangements. On Valentines Day and Mothers Day times can not be specified.

What if my credit card is declined?

Please ensure that all fields are filled out correctly. You will be notified immediately via email if your credit card is declined. Your order will be cancelled unless you are able to resolve the issue with your bank.

What happens if I supply an incorrect delivery address?

As soon as we are aware that the address is incorrect, we will contact you. A redelivery fee of $17.50 will apply. Please ensure that delivery address details are correct.

What if the recipient is not at home when the flowers are delivered?

If the recipient is not at home we will leave the flowers at the door unless it is unsafe to do so, i.e. the flowers do not have protection from the elements. If the delivery can not be made a delivery notice will be left in the recipient’s mail box to let them know that they can call us to arrange a suitable time for delivery or pick up (note: some charges may apply for re-delivery).
